Effective Date: July 26, 2026 — Last Updated: July 26, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect digital ledger attributes, wallet addresses, email IDs, phone numbers, and communication parameters explicitly provided through our case intake forms. This data is strictly utilized to conduct ledger analysis, audit logs, forensic investigation, and status communication.

We may also collect technical metadata including IP addresses, browser type, device type, and page access timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To conduct blockchain forensic investigations on your behalf.
  • To communicate case status updates and findings via encrypted channels.
  • To prepare subpoena-ready forensic reports for law enforcement coordination.
  • To improve our platform security and performance through aggregated analytics.

3. Data Security Measures

All records are stored using localized encryption keys and database-level security protocols. Unauthorized staff access is prevented through mandatory Two-Factor Authentication controls enforced across all administrative system accounts. All connections are secured with TLS 1.3 encryption.

4. Legal Disclosures & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade client profiles to any third party. Information may be disclosed to judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, or compliant exchange partners solely upon verified subpoena, court order, or written client instruction.

5. Data Retention

Case data is retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial crime investigation regulations, unless a client requests earlier deletion where legally permissible. Visitor analytics data is retained for 13 months.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@geohotcryptorecovery.
