Terms & Conditions of Service
Effective Date: July 26, 2026 — Last Updated: July 26, 2026
By submitting a case inquiry or engaging our forensic recovery services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Forensic Mapping Disclaimer
The submission of a case request does not constitute a legal representation guarantee or promise of asset recovery. Our specialists perform ledger-level forensics and blockchain mapping. We do not guarantee successful physical fund recovery from third-party non-custodial target contracts, decentralized protocols, or uncooperative exchange platforms.
2. Truthful Disclosure Requirement
Clients are required to provide authentic, verifiable transaction details and ownership keys or hashes. Falsification of transaction logs, ownership proof, or supporting documentation will result in:
- Immediate termination of the case review without refund of any retainer fees.
- Potential flagging to relevant cybersecurity and anti-fraud databases.
- Referral to law enforcement where material fraud is detected.
3. Service Fees & Payment
Our fee structure is disclosed during initial consultation and may include a fixed forensic assessment retainer and/or a success-based recovery commission percentage agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable once forensic investigation work has commenced.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for actions taken or not taken by law enforcement agencies, cryptocurrency exchanges, or external swap gateways. Our forensic reports serve as expert block-tracing intelligence assets only. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific case.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all case details with the highest degree of confidentiality. Case data will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law, subpoena, or with explicit client consent as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
